Wise Communication Systems (Private) Limited (Complainant) filed a complaint before the Commission against PTCL alleging that PTCL holds a dominant position in the fixed local loop market and has unilaterally discontinued services to the Complainant.
The Commission considered whether the act of suspension of services and issuance of disputed payment notice to the Complainant amounted to exclusionary behavior in violation of Section 3(3)(g).
Owing to the contractual nature of the dispute and the action taken by PTA, the Commission found no case was established for a violation of Section 3(3)(g).
