The Adjudication wing of the Commission assists the Bench of the Commission in its entire adjudication proceedings in order to facilitate the speedy disposal of Show Cause Notices, Appeals, Applications for interim Orders, and References. The Adjudication wing is entrusted with the duty to implement, execute and comply with timelines for taking all procedural and substantial steps in adjudication processes. It is also entrusted with the responsibility to create a research-intensive and progressive environment necessary to utilize the best intellectual abilities of its employees to assist the Bench.
