COMMISSION’S SECRETARIAT

The Commission Secretariat oversees the conduct of business of the Commission under the approved procedures. Among the powers and duties of the secretariat to the Commission are, inter alia, to represent the Commission at any forum as authorised by the Commission, to issue notices and minutes of the meetings of the Commission and certifying the decisions or documents used in hearings by the Commission. The Chair may assign other powers and duties to the secretariat based on organisational exigencies.
