The Office of the Registrar provides secretarial and administrative support to the Commission in discharge of its quasi-judicial mandate. Among other things, the Registrar’s Office drafts and issues show cause and hearing notices, manages hearing schedules and materials, certifies and issues orders of the Commission, and ensures compliance of the Commission’s orders. In addition, the Registrar represents the Commission before judicial forums and signs legal pleading on its behalf.
