The Competition Commission of Pakistan (CCP) and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) have vowed to join hands to promote healthy competition and business environment in the country. A meeting was held between the Chairperson, CCP, Ms. Rahat Kaunain Hassan and the Chairman SECP, Mr. Salman Ali Shaikh, at SECP. The meeting was also attended by Member CCP, Dr. Joseph Wilson, and Director, SECP, Ms. Sarwat Aftab. In the meeting the heads of CCP and SECP discussed the areas of mutual cooperation and coordination. Both heads of the agencies expressed their willingness to cooperate and facilitate each other in areas of common interest.
